Excellent apartment with lovely views: recommended
A very nice spacious apartment, very clean and comfortable. Gerhard was a welcoming host and helpful in every way, even went searching to the neighbour's for an adaptor for my daughter's mobile. Bedroom was actually bed sitting rom with a corner seating unit and its own TV. Well equipped with everything you need. Nicely furnished with a mix of traditional and modern styles. Great bathroom with a good power shower.

The apartment had wonderful views of the Alps and there are great hiking and biking trails close by. Additionally, the pass to the local pool was a great bonus!

March (Semi Winter) at haus Schonberg
We stayed at the hotel for 5 days at the end of winter in March. We chose the hotel based on price and availability, and didn't know where are we going. The village in which the hotel is located is simply mesmerizing, mountain views, great white plateaus of snow. The village is very small and very quiet, there are a couple of cafe's / restaurants and a small supermarket. In the vicinity there are bigger villages, so you can easily stock up on groceries and find a place to eat. The town of innsbruck is a mere 30 minutes drive, although we didn't find it so interesting. The town of Seefeld is 15 minutes drive and offers luxury restaurants, casinos etc. The whole area is a paradise for ski lovers. We found the option of Cross Country Ski, which is an easy alternative, ski on a plateau, no risks and no hard work, ski for lazy people :). The hotel itself is very clean and tidy, rooms are big, shower is new and clean, amazing views and good atmosphere, there is a small kitchen so you can cook and internet to find out adventure ideas in the area. Hotel is run by a family, a very welcoming and warm couple that keep the place clean and welcoming. When we stayed at the hotel they were adding a sauna room, so future visits would be even nicer.

The house is on a lush green valley with hills on both sides...typical Austrian/Bavarian Alps terrain. There is stream nearby which adds on to the beauty of nature. The host is a super host with flexible time of check in and check out. I would love to come back again.

..idyllisch und gepflegt...
..ich war rundum zufrieden und habe den kurzen Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen.Das Appartment verfügt über einen großen Balkon mit Blick zu den Bergen und Sonnenschein bis nach Mittag.Frühstück auf dem Balkon,der auch gut möbliert ist,ist ein toller Tagesbeginn.Die Küche ist winzig,separater Raum,jedoch gut ausgestattet.Dem Balkon angegliedert ist die "Wohnstube" mit Eckbank,Stühlen und Flachbildfernsehgerät. Die Matratzen sind äußerst bequem.Mir hat die ruhige Lage sehr gut gefallen,andererseits waren es ca. 45 Min. bis nach Innsbruck; Mittenwald und Garmisch P. auch nicht viel länger.Neben Haus Schönberg befindet sich ein Spar Laden. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt.Die Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut.Ich war bestimmt nicht das letzte mal dort.
