The location of this hotel is superb, very close to old town and convenient location. However, the facilities were pretty outdated and there was no AC. The staff were very friendly though!

I wish I could give the staff six stars. They were amazing. We had 24 hours to spend in Innsbruck, and Hotel Central made it possible for us to maximize our time. Location was a 10 minute walk from the train station and a block and a half from picturesque Marie Theresa Strasse. Staff was ready for us and made check-in a breeze. No-fuss luggage storage enabled us to explore the city unencumbered after check-out. Room was clean. Breakfast was ample and delicious. Highly recommended!

Loved our time with Hotel Central. It was sufficiently equipped with the necessary, and our room was clean and comfortable. It was a surprise when we found out there was no airconditioner, but there was a fan and it helped. The staff were very nice and helpful!

Nice hotel in the Centre
Nice Hotel walking distance to the centre of Innsbruck. Was there for 2 appointments , parking space very clos. Check-in fast and efficient , very friendly staff. Rooms are clean, bed comfortable and the bathroom also very clean. The only disadvantage was, no aircondtion, it was very hot and humide these 2 days and difficult to find a good sleep. It was my 2nd time in the Hotel Central and next time I would choose it again.

So fantastic!! It is in a lovely historic building with a lovely historic café down below. It is walkable from the train station, which was very important to us since we didn’t have a rental car. It actually was walkable to everything we wanted to go see in our quick overnight in Innsbruck.

The best location, less than five minutes walk to everything, i.e. bars, restaurants, shops etc. Very helpful and friendly personal. The room was a bit worn out and has "seen better days". Breakfast buffet was good. A quite complicated parking system. Instructions in e-mail how to find the parking in the garage, then you need to call the reception on your phone for them to open the gate and the parking lot was minimal, but it all worked out well. However, at one occasion when we got back from a drive we had to wait for five minutes on the phone before they answered and opened the gate. In my opinion a very old fashioned and uncomfortable system.
