Fabulous with garden room
Loved everything about this place, from communication to comfy bed. We had a small patio which was money well spent. Great having kitchen but no oven or microwave. Nice quiet location, but still not far from the old town. Shopping mall close too. Highly recommend!

Small but comfortable room, close to tram/bus stop or easy walk to town. Could have done with Smart TV for English stuff to view however only small issue

We never saw staff working. Innsbruck is not a good city to vacation in but this hotel was at least comfortable

Perfect stay in Innsbruck
Excellent stay. Very friendly and helpful guy on reception, room extremely well designed with everything you needed and very comfortable. Quiet and pleasant area only 15 minute walk into the city. Don’t worry about the lack of air conditioning- the cool floor system works well and there was a fan too. We had a garden room with a lovely, cute patio to sit in. Highly recommended

The apartment was lovely, well furnished and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good value, and the location ideal for the train station and town centre, about 10 minutes walk. We will definitely recommend this place to others.

One of the worst-designed rooms I’ve ever experienced. The living area was completely empty but kitchen was incredibly cramped with no counter space. Bathroom flooded immediately when using the shower. Upstairs bed was so bad my back ached for days after and I had to use pain medication. No one seemed to ever be on staff. Lobby was stifling hot. No A/C anywhere. Okay location.

Amazing, book there
Me and my girlfriend felt at home immediately. We had a nice kitchen, which we used daily to cook our meals and then we would go out and hike. We will come back to Innsbruck, and best believe is this hotel. Can’t recommend enough

This is a great property. The apartment had everything we needed to cook and eat a meal. It was modern with a new bathroom. Beds were very comfortable and room was spotless…very clean. We were in Innsbruck to see the Gundolf Family Tyrollean music Show. It was a 7 min walk from apartment and a six min drive fro historic center so it’s very convient Just be prepared as the desk is not always manned. Make sure you have entry code sent to you in advance and arrange for parking if required.

Incredible stay. We felt so welcomed by the staff from the second we stepped in to the property. They communicated so efficiently with us via WhatsApp and couldn’t have done enough to make our stay amazing. The finishing touches in the rooms such as fresh coffee and utensils every day and blankets added all the more to the fantastic experience. The surprise amenities such as the gym and sauna enhanced our relaxation. They were kind enough to provide us with travel cards and give us all the information we needed to get around innsbruck and to the ski slopes. Thank you all so so much once again for a superb stay - at we cannot wait to see you again soon. We will recommend to everyone! An extra special thank you to all the staff who were so kind, helpful and welcoming.
