We were so tore when we arrived that we just Lysol sprayed everything like we always do and went to bed. When we got up, we found hair that wasn’t ours all over one of the beds ( black short hairs and I have long brown and my family member has medium length gray). We also found a lint roller sheet on the floor that had the same black hair all over it. So it appeared that the beds had just been lint rolled and not changed. Thank God for Lysol. We left that day while we had paid for two days. No one at the desk or anywhere around so we just dropped off the key and left. Just gross!!!!

We were checked on to 4 different rooms because they were not cleaned. The last room we were checked into was not totally finished either but after drivin 3 hours, we dod not want to move again. We waited while the bed was made.

Needed some cleaning.
The room needed a deep cleaning. Mirrors were streaked, not thoroughly vacuumed - found candy on the floor and wrapper looked like it had been there awhile, dust bunnies in the corners and by air conditioners, ring around the bath tub. We had to put the top sheet on our bed when we arrived because it was missing.

Hotel was beautiful, staff was lovely! So convenient for visiting Voyageurs National Park. The facilities were all top notch and very comfortable. My kids loved our room’s “lounge” room and my teen appreciated that it gave him a little extra privacy when using the pull out sofa. Food was great! It was a wonderful experience and highly recommend!

Convenient to have restaurant in hotel..not a lot of choices in International Falls. Liked having hot coffee available 24/7. Room & bathroom were very clean. Common areas were well kept. In driving around town..it has the best appearance.

The room was dirty. Hair in the bathtub. Good chunk on the floor between the bed and wall and there was something gritty in my bed. Also, my son had an allergic reaction to the room. The property over all was fine. Staff was courteous. But a dirty room just ruins it for me!
