Even though they claim to have gotten new management, the place is terrible. And this is actually a motel, not a hotel despite its name here on Expedia. Furthermore, the place is quite dirty and the STRONG smell to urine and cigarettes is revolting. Avoid this place! I would give it ZERO stars if Expedia would allow it.

Couldn’t get a key to our room. Either had to leave the door unlocked, or had to have the front desk employee open the door every time
Smelling place , much needed repairs, they couldn’t provide key cards for customers. No way to leave and lock doors. Everywhere you look something needs fixed.
The rug had wine stains and I saw a bug scurrying around the room. The FD agent could not make keys so I was given a master key which he took back to give to an arriving guest. I did not feel safe!
Not as advertised. Breakfast was coffee and juice. Had a coffee maker in room with no basket, coffee, cups or glasses. Building is run down outside and just plain old inside. Way overpriced at $149 per night. I would be embarrassed to list this property. My booking was a last minute, take it or leave it decision. I should have left it!
I could not even stay here we went into the room and within 15 mins was getting bite from bugs and when I pulled the covers down there was hair all in the bed contacted hotel.com to cancel made a report and still have not heard from them in regards to getting my money back
I stayed at this facility last year August for one night as I was travelling to Canada. The cost was high for the quality of the room. This year it was 33% higher, way over priced for accommodations.. No soap in bathroom. The walls had holes under repair. They only offered morning coffee which was terribly weak. I was told there was a change of management that was not providing supplies to workers.
Property apparently under new mgmt., so they said Room was filthy, no amenities advertised on website. Said their supplies hadn't come in yet. Could be under remodel but rooms half ripped apart with no carpet and furniture piled on itself should never be rented. Morning of check out we went to breakfast at 7 and came back to our room open and stuff missing. Check out is 11. They assumed when our car was gone we had checked out and began stripping the bed and removed our things. I would have walked out had there been another place to stay that night after paying a full price, non-refundable fee it was that disgusting.
-This was the worst lodging in which I have ever stayed!
-I am so glad that my wife was not with me (only my brothers) because she would have, literally, cried at the thought of having to stay at this property!
-There was a HEAVY smell of marijuana in the hallways!
-We had to go back to the front desk to ask for towels after we checked in.
-There was no soap in the bathroom, and we could not get any at the front desk. There was no shampoo, conditioner, etc. in the bathroom and none was available at the desk.
-Light bulbs were missing in the lamps.
-The in-room refrigerator was not working because the freezer compartment was caked over with a HUGE amount of ice.
-We were told that the hotel ice machine was not working and if we wanted ice, we could drive to a local gas station to purchase it there!
-Even though the advertisement of the property clearly showed that a complimentary breakfast would be available - there was, in fact, NO food provided at all!
-The bathroom flooring was not properly secured and stuck up at least an inch from the rest of the surrounding surface, so we had to be very careful not to trip over it or cut our feet!
We didn’t stay. Questionable neighborhood. Smell of pot or mold or both in and around the room. No refrigerator, barely any space between the bed and the furniture enroute to the bathroom. Second floor room up stairs with bad knees. Husband checked for bugs and said let’s go.
