I was very disappointed in the experience at Inverell. I did not get there for family reasons. I contacted the owners with eight days notice but they were not able to accept my cancellation. They said i had to go back to your company because I booked through you. I found it very difficult to find contact with Wotif and will make sure I avoid using you in any future travel plans.

Great location but parking is awkward if you don’t want to park on the street. Wifi is not great but the accommodation suited our purposes and it was good value for money.

Good location and friendly staff but get the feeling it’s a local homeless shelter for a few of the people staying. Rooms untidy smelly and noisey.

This was the biggest room We had ever stayed in. A Family room I believe. Very comfortable, we were downstairs though they had booked us upstairs, I exclaimed “OhNO” And the guy said I can put you downstairs. Appreciated that… Very convenient and had a great nights sleep.

The stay was pleasant. Only minor negative thing, the bed was on castors, rolling around every time you move. Upside, they do take good care of your belongings when left behind 😊

A good budget property with good beds. Right in the heart of town. Coles only 200 metres away. Only suggestion is that dishwashing liquid and tea towel would have helped to clean crockery/cutlery after use.

I was surprised when I entered the room. It was spacious and clean. It has character. It was a cold night. There was no heating but electric blanket. My shower had a bare drizzle but everything else simple let me forget about it. Would stay there again. Central in town.

I stayed here with my son. My main concern was the noise that the old air conditioner made throughout the night. My son found his bed uncomfortable but I had a good night’s sleep. The room was clean and centrally located which was great with good restaurants within walking distance. Despite the issues we would probably stay there again if we were passing through.

The room itself was fine, it was clean and there were nice touches like individual toiletries, but the stay was let down by the exterior of the property, our room was on the first floor and we had to dodge a dripping gutter to get to it. The place really needs an uplift The location was excellent so it could be a brilliant place to stay with a little tlc.
