A washer and dryer are available for your use. We keep the laundry room stocked with laundry pods and bounce sheets you can use.
Stairs
Please note that this unit requires around 40 stairs to access and therefore is not a good choice for those with mobility issues.

HOUSE RULES:
Before booking, we ask that you review and acknowledge the following house rules:
1. There is no smoking permitted in the property. We do allow smoking on the deck.
2. No Pets
3. No Parties
4. Quiet hours are between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am
5. We provide a high quality hotel linens for our property and propter makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be billed to the guest.
6. If any items are left at the property there will be a $30.00 service charge to have them mailed back to you.
