Sitting in an historic highland estate the secured location has fully fenced gardens offering direct access to hill and forest walks up to the Great Glen Way and offers all the wilderness of the highlands and while only minutes from the amenities of a major town and nearby transport hubs. It is also a great starting point for the North 500.
This secluded cottage also has plenty of seating and dining areas with a fire pit, bbq and wood fired hot tub with decking and a pagoda. Please note that this is a working farm so there is often livestock around in addition to a plethora of wildlife including deer, pine martins, red squirrels and birds of all description.
The cosy sitting room has a wood burning stove, books, games and TV with free view, netflix, amazon prime etc. It also has beautiful views both sides of the room.
The extensive kitchen/diner is fully equipped with an integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, air fryer and every amenity you could wish for. The dining section has a table with seating for up to 5 and has an electric wood burner and a sound docking system.
There is a separate Utility room complete with washing machine and tumble dryer, out door equipment and plenty of storage.
Two comfortable bedrooms with King sized beds. The down stairs bedroom has an en suite shower room and a french window giving direct access to the garden. The second larger bedroom upstairs also has a king sized bed and a full bathroom with shower and bath.
All linen and bedding is high quality Egyptian cotton from Tielle Loves Luxury as recommended by House and Garden Magazine and Country Life and is also used by many 5* hotels. The bedding is hypoallergenic
By request and by separate arrangement we can also provide a cot or small child's bed.
All soaps and shampoos are organic and sourced from the Highland Soap Company.
I have supplied a comprehensive house manual in which you will also find suggestions for day trips, visitor attractions, shops, restaurants etc - in addition I have also included all the required emergency numbers that you might need during your stay.
This property has been approved and has a full Licence and and EPC rating of C which expires October 32
