Down Town IC!
We have stayed here before and like the proximity to downtown IC. It was quite loud in the hallways at points this time around but never at crazy hours. We had our pet with us. It is $75 for nights 1-4 (just one $75 fee for how they clean the room). They also have you park next door in the parking garage for $15 validated a night which is cheaper than the normal overnight fee.

The needs needs upgrade which I have already shared with the staff. The staff checked in on us at least twice during our stay to make sure we're comfortable. They addressed what they could when we provided some feedback. This is not our first stay and will definitely not be the last.

This is a great property in a great location. Overall, I love it and will stay here again. I have a nice big comfortable room. The only thing I notice is that it needs attention on a number of small maintenance issues - a loose toilet seat, art that has fallen out of its mounts.
