Good with superb leisure pool and spa

Hotel is nicely situated and good parking facilities. We stayed in double club room, the bathrooms nicely updated, clean tidy but still a lot of the old and worn furniture etc. the bed is a genuine small double so cosy .. not much in the way of power sockets and usb for beside charging etc. leisure facilities are fantastic in that you could set up camp on the many comfortable loungers and stay in the warm and holiday setting all day .. Tge hot tub is a good size but on first day it was well over 40deg c and almost impossible to stand or sit in .. after complaints the temperature was reduced to around 38 .. much more comfortable. We eat in the bar which is an informal atmosphere but can get a bit noisy at times .. all in all a nice stay.

A Good Hotel

Always a lovely stay at Belstead Brook; I’ve been coming for years. The food in the restaurant is fantastic, especially their Sunday roast. Beds are comfortable enough but it does depend on room type (I’ve stayed in all types) but I find the pillows quite hard. A good hotel if you’re in the area with friendly and obliging staff.

The stay was very disappointing. I travel all over the UK every week for work and stay in multiple hotels during week. This hotel has been the worst of them all. The staff were not approchable or helpful. The pool has multiple tiles missing from the steps and pool floor making it a dangerous health and safety hazard. The jacuzzi was not working and was told by some regular users that this has been the case for quite some time and the hotel are not in a rush to get it fixed. During the night a group of young teenagers were staying in the room above us and it sounded like they was having a party until 4:30am. The noise was reported to the night staff multiple times but nothing was done about it. The food at breakfast was luke warm at best and the hotel had no heating in the morning so breakfast was not enjoyable. I would not to waste your money staying at this terrible hotel.

Very nice stay after Xmas party

Attended my company Christmas party. Food was great, staff were great. DJ was a bit too loud so difficult to talk to people, but he got people dancing. We stayed in one of the garden rooms away from the main hotel and it was clean, comfortable and quiet. All told, a very nice, experience.

Great escape!!

We had a great weekend stay here. The room was spacious and very clean. We stayed half board, the breakfast buffet had a great selection and evening meals were superb! Staff are friendly and very helpful. A staff member Angelos ( bar/restaurant) was fantastic. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The only slight shame was the bar closing at 10.30 on a Saturday evening. But not forgetting how nice the leisure facilities are. We will definitely return here. Highly recommend .

Comfortable stay

We only stayed one night and it was quite comfortable, the room was clean but the window was very tiny, the shower didn't have much pressure, there was water in the room, breakfast was ok and staff quite friendly. Will return again if in the area.

One day hot tub was not working 2nd day steam room was not working Hardly no water pressure in the shower And few days the hot tub and suna and steam room were not hot enough and swimming pool was cold
