The space
This Unit is a upper/lower duplex.
You will have exclusive access with own private entrance to the entire upper unit, which is a 3-bedroom, 1 bath.
There are 2 bedrooms on the first level (bedroom 1 & 2) and then there is a large loft area (bedroom 3).

This nicely updated unit is within a short 5 minute drive to Ironwood's Aspirus Hospital and just a short 2 minute drive to downtown Ironwood.

The laundry is in the basement. You will get your own laundry set, but the basement is shared with the downstairs renters. They have their own washer and dryer down there.
We provide sheets, blankets, towels and the kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to cook.
We provide you with a starter pack of essentials to get you started: 3 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towel, and 1 box of kleenex.
