Very nice hotel that’s convenient to John Wayne Airport. Bed is comfortable and room very spacious with a separate living area and bedroom area. Will definitely stay here again when coming to Irvine

When we were waiting at the front desk to check-in on the 14th, i noticed the front desk agent gave a small bag that contains water and some snacks to the other guests. When we finished checking-in, i thought we will be given even one bag for water but the agent did not give us any, when there were still some bags on his back table. We bought 1-bottle of water for our 2 little kids to bring to the rooms from your snack stall. Also i would like to mention that Emma, at the front desk was not so approachable, not easy to talk to, i was under the impression that that’s how her personality is.

Very nicely maintained hotel in the middle of what appears to be a business area. Not very walkable but with some food options in the neighborhood.

Great stay
Our 2 queen room was not available so they gave us 2 rooms each with a king. It wasn’t ideal but worked out. The sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable but I think that’s normal. They did give us free parking for the inconveniences. The breakfast was amazing.

The suite was large and comfortable. The furniture was older and dated, but I didn't mind. The bed and pillows were perfect. The bathtub and shower could have been better. Breakfast and the shuttle to the airport were great. My only complaint is that upon arrival, it would have been nice to have been told that complimentary food was available.

Everything was excellent. Except for the breakfast crew was shutting down and I was getting coffee. The older bald gentleman shutting down the drink area allowed me to get coffee but took away all the cream, sugar, etc. I asked if I can have some creamer and sweet and low because I am diabetic and he told me no, we're closed! I ended up throwing my coffee away.
