I called ahead to confirm that the water slides would be open when we get there in a few days, and the hotel personell confirmed. Then when we got there it was closed. According to other guests the water slides have been closed for the last 3 days. When we talked to the front desk, they confirmed its closed because of the season. However, she said that may open it again at some days soon when they feel like it. The main reason that we choose this hotel was because of the water slides for our kids. :(
