A computer issue kept me waiting an hour & 1/2 for a room key. (I had been driving for 3 hours & hadnt eaten) There was only one elevator working. Sacks of dirty linen were stashed in the corridor. There were no tissues or amenities in the room. The front desk staff tried to be helpful.

We stayed here one night as we were attending an event at Hyatt Regency in NPB. This is our 2nd time stayed at this hotel and we really liked as we felt safe, the room is clean and the front desk staff are very kind, always ready to help and answer our questions.

It was fine. Room was a nice size, bed was comfortable, shower had great water pressure but bathroom was just okay. The towels could be replaced though.

The air doesn’t go below 72 and it was hotter in the room than the hallways. I was told it can’t be changed. There is no water pressure in the shower or sink with the toilet and no where on hotels.coms website does it say $20 a night to park. That is crazy and you park yourself.

We were quite happy with the hotel. They provided us an early checkin since we arrived early at the airport. The room was spacious. The breakfast was tasty. Jessica at the front desk was the most friendly and helpful

i arrived early because i mistimed a flight from the east coast. a younger woman working the front desk did her best to help me check in as soon as possible and even gave me some great advice about going to the local fair. great stay!
