The staff were very friendly and accommodating. My only concerns were the fact we checked in after 9 pm and there were no carts available to help with our luggage. The manager was apologetic and I could hear him on the phone speaking with someone about it explaining that carts must be returned to the lobby when not in use. The other concern I had was the noise. We heard everything going on outside on the freeway and worst of all was the guest above us had a child running back and forth across the floor late in the night. The manager did contact them when I called the front desk and it got a little better at least enough for us to fall asleep.
