This three bedroom , 2 bath condo located on the fourth floor, with elevator , is located in a gated complex on the beach with 24 hour security. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony with a view and the sounds of the ocean. Green Parrots and iguanas are frequently sighted. Condo is located in Isabela and is 20 minutes from the Aquadilla(BQN) airport. Guests can enjoy surfing, snorkeling, horse back riding, and biking.

Isabela Condo
Excellent condo in Isabela. The owner is very responsive to any questions. The unit itself was huge, clean and beautiful and in a great location. Minutes to walk to the beach where nearby there are food stands in a plaza. Great food, good music and a few minutes drive into town for more options as well as grocery stores, gas stations etc.

Spring break with family
We had a very nice stay here. Apartment was clean and spacious. Right on the beach, pool was beautiful and 24 hour security was a plus. Nice quiet neighborhood close to everything. Highly recommend this place. Only critique I would make is about the living area. The property can accommodate 6 people Comfortablely but the living area has only two love seats that can seat only 4 people. We were a family of 5 (4 adults and one child). On our down time we love to sit together to watch tv but we all could not sit together. Luckily our child can sit anywhere, but if it was 6 adults it could be an issue. My suggestion to the owners is to maybe get a larger sofa or better yet an L shaped sectional. There is ample room. Other than that our stay was great!

Excellent choice. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, and its location is perfect. Close to everything. My favorite part was falling alseep to the sound of the ocean. So peaceful. This place was overall amazing! Communication with host was excellent! Location, amenities, cleanliness, security, quiet and close to everything you need when on vacation.The apartment was very cozy, clean, and spacious. Literally steps away from villa pesquera beach. A Wonderful Property, in an Amazing area.
We had an Amazing stay at this Excellent Gated Property. A Beautiful beach is just a short walk down the steps past the pool passed the locked gate (for which you get a key). The location was ideal as it was within a short drive to different stores like Walmart, Walgreens, ect. The A/C throughout the apartment was exceptional, they even had DvDs, Netflix, ect. An overall wonderful place! My family and I would definitely rent this property out again.

Great and spacious condo
Felt super safe as it’s in a gated community with 24/7 guards at the gate. We had never been to this part of the island before but it’s really nice and the beaches are absolutely breathtaking! Sherry responded very quickly to all messages. We slept very comfortably in this spacious condo and would certainly consider going back if we’re ever in the area again. The kitchen is great, all the AC’s throughout the unit work extremely well, bathrooms are a bit outdated but everything was clean. Thanks Sherry!
