This property is beautiful. The hotel staff is incredible friendly. Servers at Los Fuegos restaurant offer an unique and personalized service. The food is authentic and delicious. When I did my check out, I forgot my backpack with my computer, passport and money inside in the front desk. I communicated with the hotel, and they sent me the backpack in a taxi to the ferry station in less than 10 min, in order to don’t loose the ferry and connection to Cancun. The overall experience in this hotel is extremely recommended.

Excellent. The staff is amazing , the guys at the Fuego Beach . Naguel, Milagros and Agustin they are the best . Food is great . Definitely we comeback.

Bueno, todo está muy bonito ,el lugar en si es un lugar para descansar , la comida está muy rica pero se demora bastante pero en general todo está muy cómodo y bonito …un detalle las habitaciones no tienen televisores lo cual es un poco incómodo porque si el tiempo no te permite salir ya que es isla no tienes nada que hacer

Staff is very super friendly and honest. Facilities are very clean and well maintained. Rooms are clean and every detail combines with whole hotel’s theme. My wife forgot her weeding band after we checked out. She called the hotel lobby and there it was. Housekeeping lady returned the ring and receptionist gave it back to her. Besides that they were very honest with their recommendations. Fuego restaurant was also very good. Good quality food and excellent service. Great place near bioluminescence activity.
