If what you are looking for is a totally private place, with no rooms on one side and a private pool just for you, this is the place you are looking for

It is in a development that only has 3 bungalows separated from each other, with a design with a lot of wood that makes it unique on the island

Perfect location 3 minutes walk from the center and the beach

Quite spacious and it is up to 2 people. It has 2 terraces: One with the pool, lounge chair and hammock and the other on the second floor.
The space
It has 1 very comfortable queen size bed with perfect orthopedic pillows for your rest and very high ceilings which makes it fresh and beautiful.

On the outside it has a very good size PRIVATE POOL which makes us unique on the island. Almost all hotels have swimming pools for all guests, but very few with a private pool. It also has a lounge chair and a hammock to enjoy a good rest.

It has a full bathroom that is comfortably connected directly to the pool

It has a kitchenette with a microwave oven, refrigerator, an electric grill and everything you need to eat and drink in the cabin (plates, glasses, cups, cutlery and pans).

It has a smart TV, air conditioning and a 3-speed ceiling fan. We have an iron and a hair dryer for your use.

It also has a staircase that leads to a terrace in the upper part of the area.

Your accommodation includes pool and bathroom towels, as well as shampoo, soap, toilet paper and other necessary amenities.

50 kw is included per night reserved, which is enough for normal use. Any additional consumption will generate a cost of $6 per Kw consumed (if you use the air conditioners responsibly and turn them off when they are not there, surely 50KW per day will be enough)

The rate shown per night is the base price, which integrates up to 2 guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of $220 pesos per person per night.

The maximum capacity of the unit includes both adults and children over 1 year of age.

Departure cleaning is included, but additional cleanings per day can be contracted, as well as laundry service at an extra cost.
Guest access
Each unit is totally independent and they only share the entrance door to the property, which we ask to always keep closed for the safety of the guests.

If you require additional cleaning, food service, tours or anything additional to make your stay more comfortable, please let us know and it has an additional cost.
Other things to note
It is requested to respect excessive noise after 10 pm and before 9 am, as well as abide by the general rules of the property.

For obvious reasons, we cannot be held responsible for the weather and inclement weather on the island. The rainy season can be annoying and have a lot of flooding in the streets, which will ensure that your feet get wet.

It can happen that the power goes out on the entire island and with this the issue of water and fans becomes a bit complicated. We cannot be held responsible for this since it is a situation on the island that we cannot control.

Nor can we be held responsible for the loss of objects or valuables, so we always recommend closing your room and keeping it safe and not leaving it in common areas.
