Glorified motel experience. I was being yelled at when I asked for a comforter. They said they dont have any comforters. They gave me a stained blanket and said they were out of sheets. One woman was very nice and got me an extra sheet, but the one lady yelling at me was not nice. Regardless I had to go to CVS to buy a blanket. Since they refused to give me another one. Very cold vibes, the TV is old not smart TV. The breakfast is terrible it’s just bread bagels and granola bars. It looks way nicer in the photos and felt deceived. I’d never stay there again. I paid a lot for this and feel like I’ve been robbed. what a rip off. I’m honestly traumatized from the woman who was mean to be « NO you CANT have an extra blanket » No one asked how my stay was when I checked out. Also it was a used toilet paper roll in my room as well.

Our room was not ready at check-in time upon arrival. The a/c in our room was broken and it got upt to 78 degrees inside if the doors/windows were shut. The toilet also didn't flush properly. They couldn't fix the a/c, so the 2nd day we were moved to another room - for only one night. Then the 3rd day, we were moved to our 3rd room in only 3 days, which HAD a/c but the floor hadn't been swept, the TV didn't work in the living room, and the sleeper sofa cushions were not put in place. The elevator sounded and shook like it was about to break down every time you got in it, but fortunately it kept working. The staff was very nice and acccommodating but the facility was in bad repair.

I dont even know where to start. First off dont go by any of the pictures they show on expedia or their own site because they arent even close. This place was horrible. We couldnt check in until after 4pm yet check in was between 3 and 4 pm. Then we finally get a room and put our stuff in it and immediately leave to go eat. Not even gone 2 hrs and when we come back theres a huge roach in the room which proceeds to run to the bathromm where we see 3 or 4 more huge roaches. We immediately went and told the office and obviously couldnt stay there! We show the office pictures and leave for another place to stay. Then we find out The Hadley wont refund us for our total stay. They are literaly trying to keep our money for the 1st night when we only put our bags in the room for maybe 2 hrs. They leave room doors open to the elements and nature all day long while cleaning. 1 staff member was amazing but I cant remember her name.The others I dealt with were horrible with no understanding or help and an attitude like we were lying until I showed the video. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER STAY HERE.. Wish I could attatch photos here!

We went down to Islamorada Florida December 27 - Jan 1st. Here is a summary: Pros: -great water location -water sports (jet skis, boat rentals, tours on site) -grab and go breakfast -walking distance to a few good restaurants -easy parking -great location for activities and driving -free bicycle and Kayak use Cons: -small live cockroach in bedroom, unknown if this is common with Fl climate? -no room service for towel (need to walk to lobby) -room and room floors were dirty Neutral: -small pool -small beach and only a few chairs

Great for a short stay!
The hotel was quite modern. We had two queen beds in our room. The mattress was maybe a bit to soft for our taste. We had a few bugs in our room and a little centipede, those probably just find their way in, nothing you can do about it. Room had a lot of space, microwave, coffee maker and sink. Additionally there was a table with two chairs. Breakfast was okay. Parking was easy and included.
