We stayed at the Auchrannie resort for 3 nights. Staff are very friendly, proactive and helpful. The hairdryer broke and we had a new one delivered within 5 minutes. Our children made excellent use of the pool and breakfast was well stocked and delicious. The room was really hot but there was a fan which we plugged in and that sorted that problem. Would def recommend.

Great stay for both sunshine and rain
We enjoyed our stay a lot, especially as the weather on the island was poor for 4 of our 5 day stay. Our bedroom was spacious and the bed was very comfy. We would have preferred a larger window, especially as the view was lovely, and the room temperature was quite warm at times. To improve, it would be nice to have more luxurious toilet roll and paper towels, as these were thin and felt cheap. Also, consider the positioning of the pickleball courts, as the ball has a long way to travel to the wall, and provide a pickleball net. All the staff were courteous, professional and hard working. We would love to return! It was great having access to the pool and a comfy lounge.

Lovely stay
As a whole, the hotel was clean, mostly updated, had nice amenities, and very friendly helpful staff. The onsite restaurant accommodated our last minute reservation and the food and wine was fantastic. Spa was lovely (no hot tub though). The only real drawback was that our room was up MANY flights of very narrow stairs. We had 3 large military bags and 2 carry-ons so navigating this was difficult. Would have loved an elevator!

The hotel was modern clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was fantastic and all other meals served in the restaurant was served with a smile and very very quickly. The swimming pool was nice and was never too busy. The room was spacious and clean. We will definitely use this hotel again.
