Newly purchased home located in the sought after Pelican Reach area of Wild Dunes - One block to the beach with a free golf cart and neighborhood pool access . The house has 5 porches/open decks with a stunning golf course view. While the house, in it's current state, is very nice - we have big plans (already started). We are offering August, September, October reduced rates.
All new furnishings will be 100% in by November 1 to include:
All new furniture, lighting, accessories, tile flooring, countertops, new overhead light fixtures, built in bunkbeds in one guest room, king bed in second guestroom, new porch furniture. Remodeled kitchen with quartz countertop, beautiful tile backsplash. Everything is changing! Decor will be very reminiscent of Sarena and Lilly Beach house.
The 2 bedrooms that currently have both a full and a twin will change to:
One bunkroom with 4 built in bunkbeds (all twins) and the second will be a king bedroom.

Perfect Getaway
6 of us came from MN for a girls getaway and this was just what we needed. The location of the house is perfect. Very clean, nice bedding, fluffy towels and comfortable beds. The house has everything you need and plenty of space. Use of the golf cart is a great bonus. Super short walk or cart ride to the beach, close to shopping and restaurants. We would stay again.

Great family spot!
We enjoyed our stay! We went at the busiest time of year so it was a little after check in time when we got into the home, the cleaners were still there at 4PM but it wasn’t a big deal. Comfy beds and space for everyone, easy walk or golf cart ride to the beach. Loved the community pool as an option as well!

Perfect Beach House
So enjoyed the house in Pelican Chase! Very quiet neighborhood and great area to stroll our grandkids. Pool is close enough to walk and the beach was just across the street! The adult kids enjoyed the golf cart and it was so helpful with all the beach equipment. The house is on a higher elevation so would have to be careful with young children. We are considering a return trip in 2025. Thank you for opening your house up for us to have a memorable summer vacation!

Great house in Wild Dunes!
This house is very roomy and comfortable. Seems to be recently updated with new furniture. Living room has super comfortable sectional couch and chairs - enough for the 5 adults in our group to relax and sit comfortably. Dining room table seats 8 and breakfast table seats 4 - very nice for big groups ! Nice bonus to have a golf cart and ping pong table, but you don’t need golf cart for the beach since it is a 6 min walk! We will definitely stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful! The home was spacious and comfortable. Being close to the beach was a big plus! Loved having a golf cart also. We had the AC out when we got there and the part had been ordered. Beth was amazing to work with and very responsive from the start. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great layout for large family
We have a blended family so the Bunk room came in handy!! It gave us extra space for some in-town family members to crash if they wanted to stay the night. Master bed was super comfy. Also, the driveway is long enough to park 2-3 cars on each side. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. We ate in most nights and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Easy access to beach and pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Very close to beach and great community. Very safe. Guard at gate. Golf cart inclusion was very convenient. 3 BR upstairs and 1 downstairs (most private one). House was clean and well stocked. Would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful house!
Overall everything was perfect! My only issue was not receiving a welcome email with code to get into house and other needed info such as check out requirements, house, and golf cart instructions. I checked spam, so it did not go there. But….I called property manager several times and she immediately answered and was super helpful, so it all worked out.

Heaven on IOP
Wild Dunes IOP is a slice of heaven! This home was just remodeled and ready for guests to enjoy a beautiful stay at a perfect location. Steps from the beach and golf course. The home is well appointed and includes a free golf cart to use to venture around the Wild Dunes area which has Everything you need and more!
