"Ocean Breeze" - Almost Ocean Front with Tons of Ocean Views - pool access

Just finished complete renovation! Professionally decorated, we left no stone unturned in our complete overhaul! New Kitchen, new bath, new flooring, new washer/dryer, all new furnishings! "Ocean Breeze" Port O' Call one bedroom (Ground Floor!) unit that is almost ocean front! With views that make you feel like you are "on the beach" (without paying oceanfront pricing) this is the perfect condo to begin your Wild Dunes vacation. Just steps from the beach, we feel like we have picked the perfect get-away. Our "Ocean Breeze" condo offers a king bed in the master, a pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living area, and another pull out twin sleeper chair in the dividing entry hallway.

This condo, while small, lives big. The large entry way divides the nice sized master (with wonderful ocean views) from the generous living area (again with wonderful ocean views)

On one side of the entry you will find an open style living area that encompasses both the kitchen and breakfast nook. While the living room, itself, has fabulous ocean views, the kitchen and breakfast nook overlook a cool, oak shaded common area for Port o' Call. We made sure to have a pull out queen sleeper sofa so extra sleeping is provided if you need it.

On the other side of the large entry way is the generous master bedroom with a king bed that is situated so that if you choose, you can have coffee in bed, while enjoying the stunning beach views to watch the sunrise! The common bathroom opens to both the master and the rest of the condo - giving easy access to all.

To make sure that everyone has a nice place to sleep, we have also added a twin pull out sleeper in the entry hall and even a TV mounted on the wall so that everyone will feel they have their own separate space.

Lets not forget the space where everyone will want to hang out - the screened porch - with full beach views. Both the living room and the master both open to the porch, which opens to the path leading straight to the beach. This condo is 15 seconds from the sand dunes at the beach!

You will have full access to the Port O' Call oceanfront swimming pool.

What sets "Ocean Breeze" apart from the boring everyday rental (besides the wonderful beach views) is the special touches of 100% soft 350 count cotton sateen bedding (perfect when you have had just a little too much sun) soft down pillows (2 down-filled pillows provided per person per bed) We have wall-mounted flat screen TVs in both the living room and bedroom, both with over 200 channels. In addition we have a wall-mounted Smart TV in foyer available for streaming services. High Speed WIFI so that everyone can "stay in touch".

We had a nice time
Everything was as expected - very nice, clean and well appointed, Two things about the stay. Most likely not within your control, the water pressure was very low. It would have been nice to know that there was a maintenance project going on when we were there. Not a deal breaker, but the heads up would have been nice - this is not to say that the project was not necessary, it is - the outside needs a refresh.Overall, as I indicated, we had a nice stay and would come back.

Amazing place to stay
Over the years of vacationing at IOP, this was one of our favorite locations. The condo was clean, modern and it had perfect beach access off the deck. It was quite outside the construction next door but I was able to do a little work and still enjoy my stay with the family. The people in the community were very friendly and we were able to avoid the public beach crowds which we enjoyed. We are already looking to book again for short get aways to just relax and enjoy the privacy of the Wild Dunes.

Construction right outside your windows and porch, otherwise a nice rental. Updated and spacious.
Construction going on right outside your windows and porch. This was not disclosed. And no discount rate was provided due to this. They were hammering and nailing and using tractors during our entire week stay. Started around 7-8 every morning. So using the screened in porch was not pleasant or quiet. When we got there I did some investigating and looked online at other rental units by other owners in the same building and they were offering discounted rates due to the construction. So that was disheartening. Wish people would be more honest.

Beautiful Beach Condo
This condo is located in a beautiful community and is right on the beach! We loved exploring the Wild Dunes community restaurants and shops. The beach is only a few steps away and there is a great view. We were able to easily drive to Charleston and explore the city with so much to do and see! Great food throughout Isle of Palms and Charleston. We stayed for our Spring Break week and we are so thankful to the hosts who manage and own this condo!

The condo was fantastic. It’s so cozy and has everything you would want and need to feel right at home. Communication was great and you really can’t beat the location. A few steps off your screened in porch and your on the beach! Pool was awesome too. Would highly recommend!

Relaxing and cozy!
Perfect location! The condo had everything we needed (except a cooler, pack a little cooler if you want to take snacks or cold drinks to beach). The bed is comfy and the the kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom is really nice. We were glad we went to the condo before the store to find out what necessities we would need (TP, paper towels, kleenex). The walk to the beach is super easy. There are toys for the kids and beach chairs as well. We rented chairs and an umbrella which we loved because it is so easy. Of note, the hose to wash off sand is by the pool, so coming back from the beach you need to go that way, not a big deal just a heads up ;) The screened in porch and ceiling fan are perfect, never in the sun and even when hot, it was still enjoyable to sit outside. Our teen and 11 yr old shared the queen pullout and slept great. Make sure to go out to beach and walk to the left or north, less people and beautiful with great shells! I never had to contact anyone while there but before they were prompt to answer my questions. We would def stay here again!

Beautiful, Close to Beach, Loved It!
The property has been beautifully renovated. Quality appliances, beautifully decorated, and you can’t beat the location. Just steps to the beach! It was the perfect setup with two young children. I will say that you can hear every step that the people upstairs take. There were some early mornings and one late night where they were stomping around and we couldn’t sleep. Other than that, this place is absolute perfection! We will be back!

We had the best week! The condo was super clean. It had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach and you can sit on the porch and see the ocean. We rode our bikes around Wild Dunes and had dinner a few times at the “hotel” area. We also found some of the best shells ever. We will be back!

We have stayed in Wild Dunes many times, but this place was our favorite! The decor was lovely and relaxing! I was impressed with the cleanliness and amount of towels provided. Absolutely adorable. What a joy it was to walk into the living space each morning to a gorgeous sunrise, sparkling ocean, and sandy dunes. The view is so pretty and the condo is prettier. Everything was sooo squeaky clean and lovely. The bed was to die for! Softest linens and mattress and pillows where top notch. No need to look anywhere else, this condo is the perfect one.
