Wake up to amazing views of the sunrise over the Atlantic, then spend the day enjoying the private beach access, swimming pool, and the only fishing pier on the island! Walk next door to the shops and restaurants of Isle of Palms' downtown where you can grab some ice cream, sip a rooftop cocktail, or a catch some live music at the WindJammer. This is the perfect central spot for your next trip to IOP!

Our goal is a Breezy Stay - a big part of that is providing the the basics that make a place function and feel like a home away from home:

- dish soap, paper towels + cleaning supplies under every sink
- beach towels, chairs, board games, books

Guest access
You have exclusive access to the condo and your parking pass will be waiting on the counter upon arrival

Other things to note
-this is a third floor walk up. The views are beautiful but you will need to be comfortable with going up and down the stairs
-the community charcoal grills and picnic areas are located by each beach access. We do not store flammable items in the unit so plan to buy charcoal if you want to grill out.
-there is no in unit clothes washer/dryer- coin laundry is located in the same buildings as the bathrooms by the pool
-the Sea Cabins' pool is not actively heated so although it is warm in Charleston most of the year, in the colder months the pool temps can be a bit chilly
-the Sea Cabins have been a key part of IOP downtown for the past 40 years. The buildings have a brand new exterior, roof, and we have fully updated our interior but oceanfront property requires constant maintenance. Please let us know if you notice any necessary repairs so that we can take care of them swiftly.
- We encourage you to rent bikes or a moped to get around! (golf carts are not allowed)

IOP TRIP
This is a lovely condo!! Just as the description and pictures described. The bunk beds are very narrow but we didn’t have to use them. I would definitely say they are for small children. I would suggest blinds on the bedroom windows as the light from the outside hallway is very bright. The restroom sink was stopped up and drained slowly. We would definitely stay here again, and If more in our party, we would see if there are bigger condos available.

PERFECT LOCATION - POSTCARD VIEWS
The owner Nikki was great with her communication. The view was amazing. This unit has been updated and very nice. Plenty of space (way more than a hotel). I actually did a little cooking and enjoyed having all the dishes. The kitchen was well stocked. This is a great unit.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was really nice and well kept. The view was amazing from the 3rd floor. I only wishes that the chairs were a little more comfortable for the deck. The couch was a little stained, but I noticed in another review that another one had been ordered. We cooked most of our meals there so it had everything we needed. I would suggest that the frying pans would be replaced since it was quite small and would not cook food evenly. The beach and boardwalk was really nice also. Safe and quiet area in October, but not sure how the atmosphere would be during the summer.

Family time at the beach
Newly updated condo with great ocean views and location. 4 adults and one child, snug fit for all of us but we knew that going into the stay and worked out just fine & we all liked the place. We’re happy we stayed here, and would book again if in the area. Two items of advice though: 1. replace the sofa, it’s dirty with stains and the hide-a-bed was broken & very uncomfortable! 2. Maybe I just didn’t see it, but list there are a lot of stairs to climb; we had grandparents join us and was difficult for them to walk up all of the stairs. Otherwise a wonderful place to stay, thank you!
