Equipped outdoor area with barbecue for outdoor dining and relaxation. The communal swimming pool is surrounded by a green lawn and a partially paved sun terrace, pool house with WC and shower. On the natural plot of around 800 m2 there is a children's play area with slide and swing.



Ideal location for exploring the area and the sights of the provinces of Ragusa and Syracuse: the beautiful nature reserve of Vindicari (about 35 km); the beautiful Unesco Baroque towns of Ragusa superiore, Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli and Noto are within easy reach; 60 km the art city of Syracuse with its cultural diversity. For nightlife lovers: 8 km Pozzallo and 20 km Marzamemi with its many bars. For sun worshippers: the beautiful sandy beach is only 250 m away.
