Villa Beatrice is a modern, luxuriously appointed two-level house built in the 70\'s, set directly on the shore of beautiful Lake Maggiore. It features a heated pool, large garden area, an outside eating area with barbecue and wood oven, private beach, and boat access. This stunning home has every possible luxury and amenity, including air conditioning, a spa/Jacuzzi, fitness room, wine cellar, and Wi-Fi. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors enable unobstructed views out towards the lake and the mountains beyond. The villa sleeps 8 guests but 10 guests is possible upon request.

First floor: Features three double, air conditioned bedrooms (One king bed, one queen bed, and one with a single bed and pullout bed) three bathrooms, a large gourmet kitchen (fridge/freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, espresso and American coffee machines), a roomy, open living area with plenty of comfortable furniture, and a dining room with seating for 10 guests.

Lower level: Features a large master suite with round double bed, fireplace, kitchenette corner, Jacuzzi hydrotherapy bath, chromo therapy shower, and large glass sliding doors overlooking the lake. Also on this level is the wine cellar, fitness room with sauna and bathroom, and two more simple bedrooms sharing a bathroom with bathtub. The fitness room and bedrooms have air conditioning. Outdoor is a summer lounge with sun beds, another eating area, an outdoor shower, BBQ, wood oven, and the pool (open May through September). Guests have free use of a canoe and a windsurf.

The Lake Maggiore area is one the greenest in Italy. Natural parks include the Val Grande National Park, Italy’s largest wilderness area, the Alpe Veglia and Devero Regional Park, and the Wildlife Oasis of Macugnaga, on the lower slopes of Monte Rosa. The Lombard shore of Lake Maggiore is fringed with the little towns of Sesto Calende, Angera, Santa Caterina del Sasso, Laveno, Luino and Maccagno, each with attractive natural or architectural features typical of lakeside communities.rnOutstanding among the historical treasures of the Lombard shore of Lake Maggiore are the Rocca di Angera, a superbly conserved medieval castle in a dominating position, the Hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso, a fine monastery complex dating from the 14th century, perched on a cliff above the lake, and the Borromeo Islands.
