Staff were exceptionally courteous and kind. It feels like the this friendly and accomadating staff are wasted on such a horrible property. The beds are the worst. Not comfortable and full of bugs. We were forced to stay there a second time to avoid needing to sleep in car, and we had to put plastic down on the beds and sleep without blankets to avoid the bed bugs.

Staff was great. Im disabled. Manager knew thst and had bed ready bc i pee 3or4x nights a week. Nit ince djd they change. I brought my iwn blankets. Git lockers jn bathroom and fell when i panic. Still have bruised face. She not obly kept my 50.but took additional 100. Price of her dope must haven't gone up

Tom Bodette left the light on for us, and our room was definitely clean and quiet. However, on the second floor the sink and shower were slow to drain and the mattress was beyond any useful life and was lumpy where it had any give at all and most of it was worn down to the bunky board. Blankets were paper thin, but we were provided more up on request. Staff was wonderful and polite and the facility inside and out was clean.

Let's see where do I start? Ahh yes the fact that I reserved a Queen Deluxe Room and got a rinky dink double. Or how about the A/C didn't work for my entire stay and noone came to do anything about it, so I had to leave my window open on the ground floor in a sketchy neighborhood. Or a dirty room. And no maid services for my stay. 2020 is over time to get back to normal business which means housekeeping EVERYDAY!!!

The staff was nice but the room was not very clean. I was told there’s a $150 fee for smoking in the room but the room already smelled terrible like someone was in the room with me smoking. I couldn’t sleep from the smell.

Absolutely terrible! We've been to a few run down hotels but this one takes the cake. Dirty and smelled like an moldy ashtray. The floors had a film of grime, and an off colored splatter of goo was in the sink at our arrival. The window curtains barely covered the window, leaving almost no privacy. Lastly, I went to the front desk for cleaning supplies or a clorox wipe, the guy told me he didn't have any? When I asked the cleaning lady for a hand towel with a couple sprays of their cleaner, I was told no. I will never stay at this chain ever again. Ultimately, I'm insulted they didn't offer my money back after sharing my experience.

The room was sparse but comfortable for what it is. I found the toilet to be incredibly low down and difficult to get on to and off. Maybe the hotel has rooms with higher ones but if you are tall, very difficult. Rooms are probably pricier than they should be for what they are and I can remember when Motel 6 rooms were around $69 per night and not what they are now with endless add-on fees. Overall nice location and the IHOP next door was just perfect. Close to the freeway and easy access to I-90 ramps west to Seattle.

There was a left over soap wrapper left in the shower so that is telling me that the tub was never touched. I went and bought a can of Lysol to spray everything down

2 doors down a german shepherd barked off and on. But barked non stop 9pm-1am. The people in room above me stomped around all night, 11pm-7am, dragged a chair at least a dozen times. Got maybe 2 or 3 hours of sleep.

This property is a roach infested homeless indigent property there’s actually staff at this location that takes care of the homeless housing the office has been shot up there’s vagrants all over the place smoking dope and hanging out many room full of people that have been there for months
