Very small out of standard beds that you can fall down when you turn around in the middle of the night. AC wasn’t on (broken)while we were there for a several hours, couldn’t sleep night time because of the noise coming from corridor and other guests rooms , called front desk and even than continued, not very happy at all. No laundry service, need to go outside . Breakfast was somewhat ok, recommend go out to have it. Staff was very helpful but very unprofessional. Another confusion point with this hotel is , there are 2 of them very close by and almost the same name , A11 and A11 exclusive, both of them is not up to my standards anyway. First day of my stay when i saw a long hair in my freshly made bed , it was gross . We had a really bad experience at this hotel overall,

The location of this hotel was why we booked this hotel, being that it is a few steps from Bagdat Caddesi. We were disappointed in that you walk a narrow (small) alley leading to the hotel. Then you come to the steep steps (with no banister to hold onto), there is no one to help with the luggage so be prepared to carry the up the steps yourself. The rooms are dark, there is not enough lighting (and very little daylight/sunlight coming through a small window) since a building is located very close to the hotel. There is also not enough closet and/or cabinet space to hang/put your clothes as well as a simple wastebasket in the main bedroom. I have to say that the room/bathroom is very clean, however, the bed is rock hard.

Great location for Bagdat Street. Friendly, clean, good service and great value. The room was too warm for me, so I turned off the radiator and opened the window. There was a slight smell of smoke, but I wasn't sure if it was from my room or another.
