Avoid like the plague

The hotel is run down and filthy. The beds are hard and the sheets are so dry and scratchy. It was the worst stay I’ve ever had. We checked out early because the conditions were so bad and they refused to refund us for the nights we weren’t staying. Even though I booked a refundable room. It’s a bad hotel. Location is okay. Close to the main attractions. But the room was so bad it was terrible. We moved across town and it was much better.

Excellent location walking distance to mosques, historical sites, shopping and dining. Rooftop bar is basic but has amazing views. Front desk staff were extremely helpful in advice, booking a turkish bath for us, and changing our room when the AC was making a lot of noise. Very happy with our choice!

It was the best location and only 2min walk to the blue mosque and everything else. Staff was friendly however never really gave any good recommendations for anything and push to sell packages they promoted in the hotel which isn’t right as those packages are overpriced in euros. Also the room was cleaned everyday by the cleaners who never changed the sheets over the 5days we stayed. Lastly walls are super thin and we could there Lot if noise from the corridor at 3/4am At night

Amazing view! We had the suite on the top floor and it was very peaceful and beautiful with a view of the mosque on one side and a view of the sea on the other. Great value for the price. Service was excellent. Only complaint is the internet was very slow and at times unusable from our room. It was better from the lobby.

Advertised as rooms with balcony but the dont have any. Breakfast was the same each day for the week i was there and not much of a variety. Staff are nice and friendly. Rooms are kept fairly clean

This property looks very different in real life then in photos The breakfast was not refiled, same breakfast everyday. If you sit outside to have breakfast its surrounded by cats. The bedroom is very small, the room lights are so bad. Very dimmed. The wood from edge of the roof fell on my leg and all they did was say sorry. I am so disappointed, I will never stay here.

We booked the suite- the largest room in the hotel, the view from the room was nice but we felt isolated from the hotel as the suite was on the roof next to the terrace and the bar. The service was okay, but one day we had to sleep without enough blankets because the cleaning stuff took our blankets and the reception mentioned that they don’t have any blankets left ! We struggled with the shower but they repaired within two days. Apart from that we got what we asked for within few minutes like water etc... The hotel is located on a very sharp uphill and is far from Sultanahmet tram station. Receptionists are so nice and helpful, they speak good English. Overall, we fairly enjoyed our stay here.

Close to historical sites. Same breakfast everyday- super basic. No wifi- absolutely horribly slow! Drainage issues in shower. Uncomfortable, small bed for 2. Very small room. No room service. Beware of trapping by staff for expensive boat cruises which are useless and can be done for 1/4 price.
