• Basement Laundry Room: A well-equipped laundry area in the basement for your convenience.
• Climate Control: The home is equipped with air conditioning on each floor and central heating to ensure a comfortable stay throughout the year.

Rest assured about cleanliness and hygiene. As cleanliness-obsessed individuals, we ensure everything is spotless until we are certain.
Other things to note:
-Entrance is at street level. There are stairs inside the pavilion to reach other floors.
-Identities will be collected before check-in due to law.
-Cleaning during the stay is available upon request for a fee of 50 euros. Due to requests from some guests for hotel-style cleaning, we have found it necessary to include this information. Please remember that this is not a hotel.
-If you prefer VIP one way airport transportation (80 euros for up to 6 people or 100 euros up to 16 people), please inform me before the day you arrive. Note that only cash USD, EURO or TL payments are accepted.
