Location, Location, Location!
Fantastic location, close to Taksim Square, Galata Tower, main street shops and restaurants. 30-45 min walking to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The room was clean and tidy. In addition, there is a minibar in the room with complimentary water (nice touch!). Staff is very friendly and helpful!

This place is a scam!
This hotel is stripping people off! So I made a online reservation and chose the option to pay at the counter but Hotels.com app asked me to enter my credit card information to complete my booking. It said I was supposed to pay at the counter when I get to the hotel. Plans changed and I called the hotel to cancel my reservation. They verbally confirmed to cancel so I didn’t do anything else. Boom!!! Two days after the supposed reservation date I saw a pending transaction on my credit card statement. They fully charged me for $72.10 for a visit I never made! Unbelievable! All I can say is that you be careful with these cheaters. There are plenty of other great hotels in the area with similar prices. Don’t let these people steal your hard earned money.

Ideal location, great staff, and compact
The location was superb, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room served the purpose I needed (somewhere to sleep and somewhere to freshen up). Location does mean that it was a little noisy on some evenings until around midnight, but nothing too bad. The bathroom was also smaller than anticipated, but nothing that caused any major issue. Overall - very happy with my stay.
