Many thanks for your email, I just would like to tell you, this is one of the worst accommodations I have ever tried in my life, for the following reasons,
After long flight, depart London at 18:00, I arrived around 8:00 am the following day, left my luggage, then he shocked me by saying your room on the fourth floor and there is no lift in thus hotel, also, no water, it was cut and come back around 6:00 am the following day, internet was very very poor, you can open any email, I asked them nicely to change it the first or even second floor, they replied , it is all full, no a/c air condition, they set it on fan only, also, TV is not working, he tried to turn it on, but he failed and said, it is all Turkish channels, you don't need it, during my stay for 3 days, no one come to clean the room, even change the sheets and towels,
I told them my wife is a disabled person, grade A since 1998, see her latest badges to believe this, and we are waiting for the renewal of the new badge,
I am not expecting here an apology, but a full refund for this bad experience, and spoiled my holiday that I planned for it the whole year after Covid-19, to take my wife to do some change, because her mental status is so bad, she has Asthma as well.
