Nice property with clean spacious rooms and good views. Staff is helpful and courteous. Good breakfast variety. Properly is far away from the Europe side so allow enough time for transportation and traffic. I recommend this property.

It’s a beautiful hotel. Breakfast is amazing with the variety of food.We also had dinners on premises a few times and it was very good. 5als used the outside and inside pools and spa. Everything is very very good.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast selection at the hotel was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. Whether you prefer a hearty start to your day or something light and healthy, the buffet had it all. The quality of the food was top-notch, and the attentive service made the experience even better. Horrible Experience - Unresponsive, Rude, and Discriminatory My week-long stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. It's been over a week since I checked out, and I'm still waiting for my incidental deposit to be returned. Despite multiple attempts to contact the hotel, I've been completely ignored. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service is appalling. But that’s not even the worst part. The staff at this hotel are some of the rudest and most unwelcoming people I’ve ever encountered. The main receptionist was downright hostile, and a woman from the health and wellness department was no better. Their attitudes were clearly discriminatory, and it felt like they had a problem with guests who aren’t locals or who look different. The blatant prejudice and lack of respect were shocking and made me feel uncomfortable throughout my entire stay. This hotel is a disgrace. They clearly don’t care about their guests, and the discriminatory behavior of the staff is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—especially if you expect to be treated like a human being. Save yourself the frustration and stay far away from this place.
