Disappointing Stay at a Usually Reliable Hotel We've had the pleasure of staying at this hotel multiple times, but our latest experience was a letdown. From the moment we checked in, we encountered a front desk representative who seemed unfriendly and rushed us through the process. Unfortunately, the issues continued in our room. The furniture was outdated, the bathroom floor sealer was dirty and blackened, and the room temperature was unbearable due to a non-functional thermostat. We reported the temperature issue, but sadly, it wasn't resolved during our stay. Given our previous positive experiences, we were surprised by the decline in service and amenities. We hope the hotel will take our feedback seriously and make necessary improvements. Rating: 2/5 stars

Very good hotel, front desk is very friendly and always help you with any questions. Service was on point, breakfast was so good I couldn’t stop eating. I left for shopping and came back and my room always clean Shebnem the hous keeping did excellent job. Always fresh towels and mini bar new water all the time.

This hotel is in such a great location very central. You can easily walk or catch a quick uber. The staff was very friendly and hotel was clean and in good conditions. Morning breakfast was really good with a variety to choose from. I would highly recommend.
