I had a delightful stay at the hotel! The reception staff was not only polite but also ensured a quick check-in process. The friendly smiles from everyone I encountered added a welcoming touch. The daily room cleaning was commendable, and the warmth during winter made it extra comfortable. The proximity to the Istanbul bus stop instilled confidence for easy airport access. Additionally, being close to Taksim Square was a convenient bonus. Highly recommended!

We stayed one night before taking the HAVAiST bus to IST airport the next day; it was only a 5 min walk to the bus stop. It’s near Taskim Square so it’s close to many amenities. It was pefect for what we needed and would stay again.

Seyiol at front desk and the owner super friendly. They did their best to help me get to airport when I was having credit card problems for the payment. Good breakfast in the mornings with a cute view chairs outside

Cheap , but not value
Staff were polite, but I don't agree with the overall rating the hotel has on here. First, no a/c control in the room. When asked why I was told "it's not really working". There is a growing trend whereby accomodations take the a/c control away to save money on electricity bills. Perhaps that's the reason why there was no a/c control. Second, my room was next to an internal shaft where pigeons where gathering, and I could hear them as my bed was next to the internal window. A simple net would solve this problem, and I suggest they fit one. Third, mediocre finishing with laminate floors, and L shaped room with very little usable space. Poor ventilation, made worse by no a/c. It's a cheap option but it's not a value option. If I pay for a room with a/c I expect a/c, whatever the price of electricity is.

Sehr zentrales Hotel. 5 Gehminuten zur Innenstadt(Taksim) Service ist top ! Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Bin überrascht das es noch Hotels gibt, die auf alle Details achten.
