Very nice and considerate staff. Speak good English and explain all the questions being asked. Close to subway/ Metro. Easy to go to all the sightseeing places.

excellent customer service and we even had free can service back to the airport. I guess the only downside is ghat there a no nearby restaurants. if you are a girl, you would feel uncomfortable walking alone. other than that, hotel has a food delivery service but the food was mediocre

We were in Istanbul for a couple of nights and stayed at this hotel as it was close to the airport. The room is not for sleeping. All night long there was noise in the room. Dirt on sheets and towels. Most of the hotel's staff did not speak any English.

This hotel is perfect for an early flight out of SAW airport. It's 1.5-2.5 hours drive in traffic from the main part of Istanbul. This is a perfect location with airport drop off (not pick up). Really friendly hotel staff. Clean hotel. Ideal for an early morning flight the next day. There is nothing to do in this area of Istanbul besides the airport.

Nice, new hotel. Took me 20 min to get there from Sabina airport. The receptionist spoke English, helped me with a taxi driver. I had no shampoo in the bathroom, but the room was clean and modern. A bit overpriced in my view, cost me around $70-80.

It was clean room but was terrible to try sleep. Because hotel near to road and many cars were there. And there is not much welcome. Ppl just have angry faces. Then there is no any break-fast. I will never come again.

Not recommended for transit stay
I spent one night while in transit. The hotel staff were friendly when I checked-in. They couldn't offer a proper/clean alternative to my assigned room that faced a very noisy street. The service turned extremely rude the morning of my departure. A receipt for my stay was also not available. Follow up by email did not happen as promised. The area where the hotel is located turns shaddy at night with loud noises from racing cars. The promised transfer to airport turned out to be a local taksi with a broken seat. Overall experience is very mediocer.
