This is worst hotel service i have ever seen. First of all they lied about free airport transportation, NO FREE TRANSFER TO AIRPORT, and they never had, this was one of the reasons we pick this place.Area around hotel doesn't look safe at all.In all fairness rooms are clean,but breakfast that was included DOES NOT EXIST, 3 French fries in the plate,and few sausages on the other plate, THAT'S IT. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. All information they have on travel sites must be reviewed,Misleading customers with fake

Clean and convenient location for access to new airport. Limited dining and parking options. The neighborhood is a bit gritty, but the people are sincere and helpful.

This is not an airport hotel as its name implies. It is 25 km from the airport. A $15 cab ride each way. The staff are not friendly. They urged us to eat dinner at the hotel. They have no restaurant.!they showed us a menu, prices were sky high, line $17 per entree in Istanbul. The food was then called in from some restaurant and served to us lukewarm. They said no alcohol could be consumed at the hotel and hence no bar. The bed was bad. There was no top sheet and no comforter, just bed cover. Mattress was no good. This listing shoukd be removed. It is a disservice to your members. This is not an airport hotel. Dissatisfied guest.

When we got there, there was like a market next to the building. It was fine, until they pick up their merchandise and left. The floor was disgusting. I felt i was staying in the worst hotel in the world. I can't believe this is even allowed. Food, paper, plastic everything was left on the floor in the entire block, it looked like a disaster had happened in that area. It was also sad to see how they don't care about the environment and they contaminate so much. ( i was only there for 1 night, and if saw this in 1 day, i think this is what happens over there on a daily basis)

This is a beautiful hotel. Its location is just perfect. I love the view and the area. When i arrived my room wasn't ready. And even though the check-in is at 3:00 pm, i got the room at almost 4pm. The restaurant on the roof top is gorgeous, however noone told us that we needed to make a reservation toneat over there, so we went and they only offered us drinks, but no food because we didn't have a reservation.

A little unclear on how to use the shuttle service. I coincidentally used Whatsapp with the contact number and it worked, I was given instructions for thr shutle which is as simple as contacting Carme Travel Agency located in the airport. Aside from that, all was perfect. Our driver was ready at 5 am sharp. Although breakfast wasn't ready, we were handed stuffed sandwiches and juice. On a side note, great nearby authentic food.

The hotel is clean and the staff are very hospitable, they will answer all of your questions and help you plan your stay. If you have any questions about different attractions they will help you arrange transportation and give you advice. The water pressure in the bathroom is amazing. They provide you with most toiletries, they switch out the towels often and the breakfast selection is fair. It is very close to the airport. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
