There is no parking lot terrible Motel it’s not Hotel there is different between Hotel and Motel no WiFi no AC and bad service I been TJ hotel better 10 time then this motel !!!!!

Nowhere near the airport
So a very interesting experience. The hotel is listed as being 1.6 miles from Istanbul airport but in fact it's over 40km and a taxi one way is 50 euros. So in theory, the hotel is much cheaper for 1 night then a taxi there. I contacted hotels.com to notify them of this, so they called the hotel. The hotel refused to waiver the money. I said to hotels.com don't worry let them have the money they obviously need it, and I just didn't bother going. The point is that they mislead in advertising so if you do decide to stay and need to get to the airport, be prepared to pay loads on taxi fare.

Excellent service. WiFi brilliant.
In the heart of such a variety of shops. You’ll never go hungry- Starbucks is very close by. Pharmacy is also very close by. Emre- manager is very well spoken in English, so helpful. He welcomed me with an offering of tea, check in was super quick and easy. Very approachable and professional. Saw me off to the taxi before I left made sure I was going to the airport. He’s a real testament to the hotel stay overall. I stayed for 9 days in total. Breakfast is free and does the job to get you up n going for the day. WiFi is excellent. It may be a 3* rated hotel but their service is so much more than that. My room was clean basics provided for such as slippers, plenty of towels, shampoos body washes and a hairdryer. Hangers for clothes and a kettle with refreshments such as tea and coffee. Walls are a bit thin but it’s mostly muffled sounds. I would say it’s more suited to adults staying only because Istanbul sleeps pretty late. And they have a live band playing over the weekend until early hours so kids would find sleeping difficult. Try to check in during the weekday to avoid the live band. I would happily stay here again. I fact I will.

Reservation for one night, May 4th, 2019, already paid on December 4th, 2018. I confirmed it before with both the hotel and Hotels.com. I arrived and there was no place for me. I was referred to another hotel, nearby and very bad. I do not know what happened but surely someone did something wrong. I rated cleanliness, comfort and condition just to be able to submit.

The room was a very reasonable price and clean . Room was very small and ona back alley . Also didn’t really feel safe - ground level on back of building. Breakfast was very nice and abundant . They helped me with a tour and really took advantage monetarily with this .

I stayed at the hotel for 1 week. I was there for work. One night, I arrived back to the hotel at 7.30 pm. I found my door slightly open and lights on. When I entered the room all my belongings which were on the bench were all on the bed including the safe. My initial thought, someone broke into the room. When I asked the reception (owners brother) what is going on, he said “they had to measure the table” because as they are renovating. I received no apology. I was also blamed for not leaving the key behind, as they needed to enter the room for measurements. I felt very unsafe.

The staff were mostly unresponsive to my requests. They put me on a king size bed instead of two twin size beds as requested in my review. The room was in the first floor right next to the lobby, which is separated by just a window/door. I asked another room but the request was denied. It was so loud, at night I had to wake up multiple times in the middle of the night. At 4am, a bunch of new customers checked in and the noise was unbearable. On top of these, the hot water was not available in the morning. I called the lobby but they told me it was available. Then after waiting half an hour, I asked the hotel employee to check it for me. Only then they accepted the hot water was not available in the first floor. Why do you need a hotel room if you cannot sleep or cannot take a hot shower in the morning? The hotel location is fine though. It is right next to the Atakoy/Sirinevler stop for both Subway and the Metrobus. It was clean except the bad smell in the bathroom. The breakfast was fine.

Within 5minutes walk to metro that is 3 stops from airport metro station. Lost of restaurants nearby. Breakfast is basic choice. Comfy but a little small room.

The hotel was fine enough, good for the price... BUT Do not get an airport transfer from this hotel! Maybe it's how all Istanbul hotels are, I don't know, but I paid 40 USdollars to be forgot when I arrived, and I had to ask a guy from another hotel to help me figure out what to do. The process was chaotic and I never knew if the guy who drove me was actually the driver or some random dude the guy who helped me convinced. Well, he drove like a maniac, thank god it was only a 3 mile journey. Then my transfer in the morning was late. The front desk guy had to call to tell him to come get me. Not worth the money.

Good airport hotel
Stayed there one night before a flight. Easy access by metro (3 stations). Walking distance from metro station. Very reasonably priced. Had all mod cons I would expect. Located in a busy shopping district so access to food and drink is easy. Appears to be quite secure, they have to buzz the main door open for you when you come in and when you leave.
