This property is a typical airport hotel in Turkey. Very small and tall. They are put up very quickly. There are probably eight or nine on this street alone. But all the other properties around are being torn down and very poor shape. The room itself was very small, but extremely clean and comfortable beds. The front staff is very, very helpful. We did, however, order a private car for the airport in the morning and actually checked twice to make sure that it was a private car because we had read that they did not have private cars and we were told yes it was a private car just for my husband and I and when they came to pick us up, there was about six other people in the van. Not this is a huge deal, but I would not pay the price that we paid to share van with six other people. I have heard a couple of people say that there’s no food in the area however, if you’re willing to walk five minutes in either direction, there are plenty of restaurants and two grocery stores very small but still plenty of food in the area. Hotel offers a menu, but it is very expensive. It is from a local restaurant. I’m sure but the prices are doubled. Would I stay here again to be quite frank probably not I would stay at the Hampton Inn a little bit closer to the airport and an American hotel where I know exactly what to expect.
