We booked for 4 nights however ended up leaving after staying 2 nights. I want to start saying that the staff were nice. But rooms are literally smallest I have ever stayed. (Out of 50 countries I have traveled to) The first room we were given had issues with the tv (the staff could not fix it eventually) and the fridge did not work. We were switched to another room after a day. And my other issue was that the gym was totally useless. Only elliptical machine was half broken. I did not see a single dumbbell. I ended up leaving the place 2 days earlier. I would not stay here again.

The hotel was an amazing place to stay and we all enjoyed the breakfast. And the cleanliness of our room my kids loved the beds as they were very comfortable. They were very generous and gave us a whole pack of water bottles. And bring our orders to our door even after 12 am. The staff are very nice and gave detailed information about our room. And even when we had problems they were free to help. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and there were many options to pick from.

We were extremely happy with our extended stay at the Gleam Bomonti hotel in Istanbul. Given that it was a relative bargain compared to others around the city, we couldn't have been more satisfied with our selection. The front desk manager Altin, and his young assistant Arden, were extremely professional, running a tight ship by efficiently managing staff to respond to our multiple routine queries. They became almost like friends over our multi-week stay, as we comfortably tapped their local knowledge on dining, transportation, and entertainment issues and they routinely reached out to local businesses on our behalf. The friendly breakfast staff were extremely attentive, including Zuhal, Ali, and Ahmed, greeting us with warm smiles every morning and kindly responding to our multiple requests. The cleaning staff were thorough, and efficient, tailoring their services around our chaotic schedules. In summary we highly recommend the Gleam Bomonti as a small, clean, and efficiently managed economic alternative to the sprawling and typically much more expensive chain properties.

The website says they have room service available. Please note the onsite restaurant is only open for breakfast. Otherwise, it was a nice boutique hotel, staff was polite and friendly.
