Staff is trying to rip off
Our mother stayed at this hotel for 2 days and we needed to expand for another day due to flight changes. When we check their website and Expedia the price was around 25-30$ per night with breakfast included we decided to book directly to save time on moving from one room to another and when we called them directly to reception we were told that the price is 90 Euro + 15 Euro breakfast which is 4 times ore than their own website. When we asked why do you charge 4 times more than your website they told us this is how much it cost. We just went ahead and booked it with Expedia saving enough money to get a taxi to the airport and have full lunch. Next time we will stay in different hotel.

Berbat bir oteldi. Sakın web sitesindeki resimlere aldanmayın. Herşey kırık dökük, oda pislik içinde idi. İsteğim üzerine oda değiştirildi fakat bir öncekinden farkı yoktu. Geç saat olmasından ve gidecek başka bir yerim olmamasından dolayı konakladım.

الفندق ليس كما في الصور عادي جدآ الافطار ليس بوفيه لايوجد مناديل او صابون في الحمام الا بالطلب باليوم الاول لم نسكن بالغرفه التي حجزتها بالرغم من حجزي لغرفه ديلوكس الا انه تم وضعنا في غرفه عاديه وطلبت تغيير الغرفه الفطور لم يفتح الا الساعه ٩ وكان عادي جدآ

Når jeg og familien skulle sjekke inn visste ikke de på hotellet av vi skulle komme. De spørte oss mange spørsmål eks. om hvor lenge vi skulle bo og hvor mye vi har betalte hver natt og masse spørsmål. Og ingen snakke engelsk, vi måtte kommunisere via google translate. Og når vi fikk rommene var de skitne, og masse på badet hver ødelagt. Og de kommer ikke hverdag for å rydde rommene. Og når de kommer for å rydde rommene bytter de ikke laken og sengesett. Og de har ikke ryddet badene siden vi komme. De er veldig skitne. Vi kommer aldri til å velge dette hotelet på nytt. Det er verste hotell jeg har bodde i.

Ужасный отель!!!Ни в коем случае!!!
Ужасно!ужасно!ужаснов первый раз в жизни пишу такой отзыв,всегда только положительные,но тут и при желании ничего хорошего найти не могу!к сожалению hotel.com совершенно не проверяет отели,которые вам предлагает,я думала такие отели бывают только в фильмах ужасов!!!там уборщиц нету,отель создан для ночных бабочек,унитазы в...,вместо душей висит шланг,все грязно,в некоторых местах на мятых простынях была грязь,и даже кровь,персонал кроме как на турецком языке на других вообще не понимает,в отеле полная антисанитария.Пытаемся вернуть деньги,так как мы оттуда через полчаса сбежали,но и тут hotels.com подводит,то неделю просят подождать,то теперь поменялось и стало 28 дней,в следующий раз наверное год уже будет,уже подумываем через суд прийдется.
