We booked for two nights but house keeping didn't replenish coffee sachets, no dental kit available in the toilet. There was no mirror in the bedroom for make up, need to use bathroom mirrors. Staffs were nice.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is located nearby a tram station. Very good for getting around. The hotel offers a drink of infused water and green apples at the lobby, it is great for us because after coming back to hotel, we were often thirsty:)

Raddison Old town is nearby to the grand bazaar. Public transport (Tram) is nearby. Staff were accommodating and a lot of amnesties available. I would highly recommend.

Lovely friendly staff and a great location within a ten min walk of Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and Basilica Cistern. Our sea view room was spacious enough for a city break & very clean with good facilities although bathroom a little tired looking. The breakfast room and choice of food is excellent. Avoid the bar if you want to save money as drinks are extremely expensive. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again 🙂

Location, location, location Very central location with easy access to all historical sites and transportation safe neighborhood nice breakfast buffet and restaurant. Nothing hifi but average. Amenities no upgrade was offered and only twin bed was available which was a disappointment.
