I recently stayed at Seven Hills Palace and Spa, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff specially Saddat were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. One of the standout features of my stay was the Turkish Hammam service. It was a truly rejuvenating experience, and the professional staff (Leila and Ayouh) made sure everything was perfect. The Turkish Hammam was spotless, beautifully designed, and provided a serene escape from the busy day—a must-try for anyone staying at the hotel. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was outstanding—fresh, delicious, and catered to different dietary needs. The location was another major plus. It was conveniently situated close to attractions, making it easy to explore the city while still being a quiet and peaceful retreat at the end of the day. Overall, Seven Hills Palace and Dpa exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay, whether for business or leisure. The Turkish Hammam alone is worth the visit! I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

We had one of the worst hotel experiences at Seven Hill Palace in Istanbul. We arrived to find that the heat in our room wasn’t working and the temperature was freezing, like a freezer. Despite multiple requests to the hotel management for help, they completely ignored our concerns. The lack of responsiveness was frustrating and unacceptable, especially since it led to my wife getting sick. We had no choice but to cut our stay short and move to a different hotel, which completely ruined our vacation plans. The lack of care for guests' comfort and well-being was disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Fantastic location. Everywhere in the old town is walkable but with an incredible benefit of being able to be right by the water. Gorgeous views. The staff are incredibly welcoming and were always so brilliant. The spa and hamam facilities were also great and the in house spa menu had excellent massages on offer. The bus stop about a 5-7 min walk away meant you could access lots of different areas of Istanbul very conveniently. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Overpriced and overrated
Hotel pretending to be 5 stars when in reality it can just about keep up with 2 by European standards. Place is dated and feels not like a B&B. New years evening celebration was very expensive although we got it for half price. Music overly loud and although the locals had lots of fun, the tourist left their tables as was unbearable. Food standard was poor. However staff are friendly, Hotel is very clean and in a perfect location for visiting all parts one must see on foot / ferry. Overall we had a good stay but didn’t meet our expectations at all.

Hospitable staff. Walking distance to so many sights. Spacious room. Rooms could be updated a little, especially the bathroom. Hot water issue occurred twice for the hotel in a 24 hour span, which was mainly inconvenient as the weather was cold and rainy.

They allowed us the check in early which was great because our flight arrived very early in the morning. The staff was helpful right through our stay. The breakfast at the restaurant was wonderful but I found it expensive at 25 Euros per person. It rained very heavily for almost 24 hours one day and caused the ceiling in our room to collapse! They moved us into another room right away. It’s a 15 minute (partially uphill) walk to the nearest public transportation. All the most visited tourist attractions are a 10-15 minute walk away. Located in an extremely touristy part of the city, but still very quiet.

My wife and I spent a week in Istanbul at the Seven Hills Hotel and Spa. This is a professionally run operation with excellent rooms and facilities and good feeling of security. Like many of the older, 'charming' hotels in Istanbul this venue has old electrics and plumbing. Both times that we had issues with electrics, the staff were cheerful and prompt in fixing the problem. highly recommended
