It is nearby to big shopping centers that is nice! But, the rooms are small. There are noises from neighbor rooms. TV was not working. Closet door was broken, and even after several requests, they did not fix it. Overall, this hotel does not feel like a 5-start hotel.

2nd Floor Warning: You Will Wake Up In A Hot Sweat
Warning: don’t stay on the 2nd floor. The AC did not work. After several requests, finally was relocated to the 1st floor. Then the AC stopped working there, too. At 3am. Staff either willfully ignores your concerns or are actually seriously incompetent. If it’s hot out, don’t stay here. The gym was superb.

Pleasant stay
Good service, modern design 5* hotel similar to Radisson Blu hotels. Very nice swimming pool, spa area Is amazing and good restaurant. The location of the hotel around the corner of Cevahir shopping centre with a huge food court to choose from. The room was comfortable with a nice view from the 7th floor. The only downside is the Noise insulation isn’t so good. The breakfast lounge was nice with many Breakfast options to choose from.
