Overall everything was good, but there were two of us and they gave us just one robe and one blanket. We had to ask for additional blanket. There was no spoon and forks provided in the room. They did not provide new slippers within 5 days of our stay. The location is great (metro station, Galata tower, restaurants are close to the location), the staff is helpful and kind.

The gym floor was dirty and the equipments are old and dusty The air conditioning in the gym was not working properly The internet kept turning off and I had to inform the staff so they send someone to fix it They have renovations going on in the hotel The TV was not connected to the internet the whole period I spent there so I basically couldn’t use it Overall I don’t recommend it

Normally very good, but not on this occasion
This hotel is my favourite place to stay when in Istanbul. I’ve stayed here many times. On longer stays I book the junior or delux suites and have experienced no issues at all. However, I’ve noticed that when I stay in the standard rooms for a shorter stay the water never gets hot. On this stay we had to have cold showers, soap dispensers were empty, the safe wasn’t operable and I got an electric shock from the plug socket.
