After I checked in they charge me $45 us extra. Unhonest. This is kind of habit is not on the hotel it's everywhere they charge you over they tried to cheat it's usually. Very sad to see istambul like this. I went there a lot of timea this time though I decide not to back to Istambul any more.

The staff here were really helpful with planning and giving us ideas of things to do around Istanbul. The hotel is located centrally near Taksm square and has lots of food options nearby.

Walkable from Taskim and very decent size of room, facilities. Only downside is that breakfast starts only from 8 AM, especially if you are going on any of the tours from Istanbul. The breakfast area is also very small and it gets very crowded and uncomfortable.

They only provide one card key to the room, we tried to request an extra as we sometimes split and they refused to give us an extra one, one night my partner was stuck for an hour outside the room and with no one at the front desk to help with giving access to the room
