It was indeed a very shocking experience and it seems that Expedia is fully responsible for the terrible experience faced by me in Istanbul. I was informed by the hotel property that Expedia has booked a room without AC. It was terribly hot in the room and that I tried contacting Expedia. Anyhow the property charged me another hefty amount to provide me with an AC room. Through this review I am also adding that I have sent my concerns to Expedia and am waiting for their reply. I would share the Expedia response as well.

The hotel was amazing close to the tourists attractions and trams. Stuff very helpful and friendly the ony thing that bothered me was the housekeeping lady. Coming at 7am to clean the rooms very loud not considering that people may be sleeping.

Great service and comfy stay for 1 night
The staff was really helpful and accomodating! They made sure I got to use the spa since it was my only and last day there. They made me a breakfast package because I had to leave early to catch my flight. The room itself was comfy enough for 1 night, a bit small but clean. The area is also lovely! Sultanahmet and Hague Sophia are nearby. I would recommend for a short stay. Price quality ratio is also really good!

Nice staff, nice food. Okay breakfast:it can be better. Small room, small bathroom and shower room. Very uncomfortabls and small and cheap bed. No table in room. Staff are trying their best, but the building condition, furnitire and specially beds are very very poor.. if i rate this facility based on bed condition it wo be 1 out of 10. Makes this hotel no star.I hot 7 bed no o e was happy with it. Music was very soft and boring, they need to have turkish music and more dancing type of music. WORSE THING WAS TODAY, WE GOT A VAN TO AIRPORT FROM HOTEL, THEY TOOK US TO WRONG AIRPORT. WE DRIVE ONE HOUR TO WRONG DIRECTION AND THAT MAKES IS TO DRIVE TO SABIHA AIRPORT FOR 2 MORE HOURS. WE ALMOST LOST OUR FLIGHT.BE SIDE PAYING 80 EURO AND 50 EURO TO FIX THE MISTAKE FOR US TO GET TO AIRPORT COST 120 EURO PLUS 3 HOURS DRIVE :(((

Wonderful, comfortable and central hotel
Great place quite central but up a small hill from the tram stop (consider if you're taking luggage). Wonderful staff, very helpful, and a great range of services available. Breakfast buffet in the hotel next door was brilliant with a wide range of great breakfast options. Bathroom clean with a rainfall shower. Overall very comfortable.

Amazing staff!
There are many accommodations to choose from in this area. Perhaps knowing this the staff at the Yasmak Comfort Hotel go the extra mile. Upon my arrival they quickly checked me in as well as provided me a summary of the hotel and room amenities. I was quite tired due to jet lag and a grueling 15-hour flight so these small details count. For example, when I went to the restaurant (Olives), reception kindly called ahead to secure a seat with a view. Speaking of the restaurant, the breakfast was FANTASTIC-- exquisite jams and cheeses! I can honestly say that my brief stay in Istanbul was enhanced by the wonderful staff of the Yasmak Comfort Hotel.
