I think the locking system is a bit antique. I think that should be updated . Overall the place is a nice value for the price. They really need to get a hold on internet access! As an international traveler who depends on internet to function as I don’t have data in Brazil it was extremely inconvenient that the service was not strong and inconsistent. This wasn’t even something I factored in when booking my stay. The internet only worked semi- consistently in the lobby. I will say the staff was very friendly and patient despite the language barrier. I politely asked for my room to be moved and they obliged my request. I really appreciated their efforts to help me out. I would come back if they fixed the internet lol. The accommodations were just fine otherwise.

The hotel was very clean and comfertuble the stuff were very fraindly and the survice was great 100% return for value Very good location close to the important beaces and pituba street The breakfast is veried, and very tasty if you are looking for a bit more leasure try their other hotel pedra boa is also great.

Excelente estadia.
A estádia foi excelente, todas as dependências sempre muito limpas, a limpeza dos quartos eram diárias, piscina e bar com excelente atendimento. Café da manhã sem defeitos. A localização é privilegiada, fica numa rua muito iluminada e com outras pousadas e restaurantes, a poucas quadras da rua principal da cidade, podendo ir a pé com total segurança. Indicamos para todos.

Localização ótima, café básico, sem muitas variedades. Tenho rinite e Embora o quarto que ficamos fosse úmido e com paredes mofadas, não me atrapalhou de dormir, graças a Deus! Um ponto negativo é que, INFELIZMENTE, foi solicitado que arrumassem o quarto com decoração romântica, pois estávamos em comemoração de casamento, porém, ao abrir a porta do quarto para minha esposa, não tinha decoração alguma. Fiquei chateado e frustrado! Se fosse de cobrar uma taxa a mais por isso, td bem ou se a pousada não fizesse, td bem tbm, mas eu precisava de um feedback pra que eu organizasse por conta, como não houve um retorno fiquei aguardando a surpresa. Além de que estava sem energia na cidade, ficamos tentando acender a luz até que chamamos a camareira que estava passando no corredor, e ela informou que não tinha energia. Poderiam ter informado no momento do check-in na recepção. Uma sugestão: colocar uma garrafa de café a tarde, coisa simples, que temos que nos direcionar para pagar um café expresso no bar da piscina. De todas as pousadas que já nos hospedamos em Itacaré essa foi a única que não tinha uma garrafinha de café na área gourmet, recepção… Outra sugestão: voltem a escrever frases legais nos pratinhos da tapioca.Isso gera conexão e experiência com o cliente, é um diferencial!! Infelizmente nao estão fazendo mais e eu, particularmente, acho super legal! No mais os funcionários são bem educados, piscina boa e a localização é ótima.

Vale a pena!
Pontos positivos: Na chegada recebemos um drink de boas vindas (não alcoólico - grátis), o quarto estava climatizado, ambiente aconchegante, café da manhã saboroso (poucas variedades) com som ambiente agradável, e funcionários educados em todos os setores. Pontos negativos: a porta no quarto que estávamos deixava uma fresta na união das portas, a cortina nao cobria essa abertura e dava para ver as pessoas do outro lado, fizemos uma "gambiarra" com a cortina que fechou essa fresta; a piscina não é tão grande mas é boa; cardápio com valores elevados.

Café da manhã decepcionante.
Fomos muito bem atendidas e estava tudo limpinho, mas o café da manhã foi realmente decepcionante. Os pães não eram do dia, bolo seco, salgados dormidos, sem opções de frutas e as que tinham era mal servidas. Realmente muito triste e foram todos os dias assim.
