O hotel está abandonado, há infiltrações para todo lado, chuveiro não funciona bem, mofo, a guardaria está lotado de baratas. O dono é uma pessoa arrogante, que afronta todos que reclamam de problemas, haviam outros hóspedes reclamando e todos recebiam um pessimo atendimento. Qualquer pessoa que está na ilha reclama do proprietário e dificilmente ouvirá alguém falar bem do local. A localização é ótima, o ar condicionado funciona bem, entregando não há local para montar kite na frente da pousada e devido a índole do proprietário os vizinhos não tratam os hóspedes bem, sempre solicitando que não monte o kite na frente das propriedades ao lado. Por fim, os funcionários que parecem explorador estão preocupados em auxiliar os hóspedes mas a infraestrutura do local é precária. Cuidado com os preços abusivos do bar, café da manhã é bem simples mas atende.
