Pleasantly surprised and pleased by this motel. Most motels make you regret not planning earlier or not paying the extra cash to stay in a hotel. Clean. Staff is nice. And its visible thatbthey care about being clean and a good presentation. Would consider staying here again. I live 3 hours away.

Clean basic classic motel room.
Clean, basic classic motel room with a couple updated fixtures and furniture pieces. LVP flooring throughout which I like (seems more hygienic). The shampoo packets are difficult to tear open. You'll need to cut them first.

Motel looked a little sketchy, run down and surrounding area questionable but rooms were clean and comfortable enough. Amenities were cheap (soap, shampoo/conditioner combo in tiny packages) and towels small but our stay was fine for the one night and close to Cortland campus. Family run, nice and accommodating.

I like the motel setting where u can oark and walk right into your room. Room was dated but extremely clean. Everything worked. The bathroom was ckean and shower felt great. The veds were fantastic! Slept better than at home

This place is the worst! More of a “rent by the hour” kind of place if you know what I mean. Old-smelly-run down place for sure.
