The last time I stayed at this hotel was about 15 years ago. It was a Ramada hotel then. I was glad to see that Cayuga Blu maintained the same customer service level that Ramada had.

The property was run down, outdated, and had a pungent odor! The bed sheets had multiple bodily secretions, there was mold around the windows, and poop left in the toilet!

It's good, but they need to secure all the entrance doors. The doors remain open and it's not safe because anyone can enter.

This is a really run down facility. Aside from painted over toilet seat, carpet in dire need of an extraction and room not having a pleasant smell the only redemption is the pleasant check in person. The stairwell paint was falling off the walls. This hotel was certainly great in it's day but is in desperate need of a renovation. Absolutely not worth the price.
