The property was run down, outdated, and had a pungent odor! The bed sheets had multiple bodily secretions, there was mold around the windows, and poop left in the toilet!

Our stay was relatively okay. We liked the microwave and the fridge in the room. The swimming pool was good for the kids. Where the hotel can improve, the double beds are too tight for two people to sleep on each. Plus mattresses are such that any minor movement by one person immediately wakes up the other. Getting a good night sleep was difficult as a result. Breakfast follows the right idea but scrambled eggs were too watery the three times we ate there and hashbrowns were only semi-cooked through on our last day. The hotel overall could use some updating. Exhaust vents in the bathrooms will help to keep the moisture levels in the room down.

I like the counter service and the housekeeper the ladys was friendly. Breakfast was good plenty food and variety. Ac was working great. What I didn't like. Bathroom had mold dew in some tyles inside shower room 240. Should be cleaner. And the fridge i mention to the lady at check out had a block of ice so was in need to defrosted so ice block melt and fridge would work properly. With some improvements. Investment in updates could be a 5 start hotel.

Staff from all disciplines of the workforce were hospitable, friendly & attentive. While I would have love to have used the whirlpool/sauna to unwind from travel, I was happy with hot shower, clean sheets and amazing continental breakfast:)

The Hotel is in a parking lot. There is no dining here. The pool area was not kept up. The room itself smelled like mildew.

There was a very mild mold like smell in the room. The switch for the light above the mirror in the bathroom was not working properly ( needed multiple attempts ). The staff is very nice and professional. Breakfast is simple but good.

Comfy beds, great breakfast, needs some updates.
There are a few areas that need updating here, not the least of which are the exterior doors (not very safety conscious) and the exercise room equipment (ancient). The beds were very comfy, however, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.
